We've been back many times since, but I do believe this was the first time I set foot aground in Collingwood. It can be quite the nice area, especially up in the Blue Mountains, and especially if you ski. Which I don't. I plan to live longer. This time Jen & Joe had to suffer our company. They survived.
Can't for the life of me imagine how these two visits ended up on the same roll of film, but there you have it. A little wine trip to Niagara (with Bridget & Jim I believe) and a quick stop in Ottawa to paint some concrete. Because that's what you do under bridges in Ottawa during the House of PainT festival.

I believe this was my first time at Niagara Falls, and what do I shoot? Not the falls. Well, I can’t seem to be able to find any pictures of them, probably tucked away somewhere or taken digitally. So, these were taken in town, and it felt like I was in mini-Vegas. From a tourist point of view, Niagara-On-The-Lake might be more interesting, but from a photographic point of view, I can’t get enough of this town.
Oh and yes, the Falls are as majestic as you’d think they would be.
First summer in Toronto and a little treat to start things off: food festivals! I never knew there would be sooooo many here, not to speak of the food trucks and BBQ's all during summer. It's becoming harder and harder to keep any kind of acceptable physical shape with all that goodness tempting.
